Privacy & Data Security Policy
Introduction
At Fastalo, we treat your privacy as both an ethical and a legal commitment. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our platform, in line with widely recognized data-protection practices.
1. Information we collect
We follow a "minimum necessary data" approach:
- Contact details. We collect only your name, email address, and phone number to send activation QR codes, purchase invoices, and provide technical support.
- Technical data. We may collect non-personal information such as device type or operating system to ensure eSIM compatibility and improve the user experience.
2. Payment security
Strong encryption. Payments are processed through external gateways that use industry-standard encryption and PCI-DSS aligned practices.
No card storage on our servers. Fastalo does not view, request, or store your full card numbers or bank account details on our own infrastructure. Sensitive payment data is handled directly between you and your bank over encrypted channels (TLS/SSL).
3. Sharing with third parties
Connectivity partners. We share only what is operationally required (for example technical identifiers) with international network partners to activate the service and provision your data allowance.
No marketing resale. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with advertising companies or unrelated third parties for their marketing purposes.
4. Cookies
We use cookies to improve site performance and remember preferences such as language to make future purchases easier. You can control cookie settings in your browser at any time.
5. Your rights
You may request corrections to your data or ask us to delete your account and associated information by contacting support, unless we are legally or tax-required to retain transaction records for a defined period.
