Refund & Cancellation Policy

Overview

At Fastalo, our top priority is ensuring you get the best connectivity experience while you travel. Because our products are digital (eSIM profiles) delivered instantly and become non-refundable once the activation QR code is revealed, we follow a focused refund policy that balances service flexibility with operational fairness.

1. When refunds apply (Eligible for refund)

Verified technical failures

We will issue a full refund or replace the profile if the system fails to issue an activation code, or if there is a technical fault with the eSIM that prevents network access, provided the issue originates from the Fastalo platform or our international connectivity partner.

Verification steps

To keep the process fair, you must share screenshots showing your device settings and any error message with our technical support team within 24 hours of purchase.

No coverage in the advertised area

In rare cases, if service is not available in the area stated within the advertised coverage even though activation steps were followed, we will investigate and refund after confirming that no data was consumed.

2. When refunds do not apply (Non-refundable)

Device incompatibility

You are fully responsible for confirming that your device supports eSIM and is carrier-unlocked before you pay. Fastalo provides compatibility guidance and is not liable for purchases made on unsupported devices.

Data usage

Once the eSIM activates successfully and any amount of data is used (even a small amount), the plan cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Input mistakes

We are not responsible if you purchase a plan for the wrong country, choose an incorrect activation date, or delete the QR code after receiving it.

Local network pockets

We do not refund due to weak coverage in specific spots inside a country (for example elevators, tunnels, or remote areas) as long as the local provider operates normally across the rest of the country.

3. How to submit a request

Refund requests must be sent only through our official email (support@fastaloo.com) or through our WhatsApp support number (+201090211256).

Requests are reviewed technically within 48 business hours. If approved, the amount is returned to the original payment method; card issuers may take 5–10 business days to show the credit, depending on bank policy.
