Introduction

By using the Fastalo platform and purchasing our services, you agree to these terms in full. This agreement is designed to deliver a high-quality service and protect the rights of both the platform and the user.

1. Service description and offers

Nature of the service. Fastalo operates as a technical provider and authorized intermediary for international eSIM connectivity. We generate digital profiles that let you access local mobile data networks in the travel destinations you select.

Pricing changes. We may adjust package prices or change available offers based on shifts in the global telecom market or international supplier costs, without prior notice. Purchases already completed remain honored as sold.

2. User responsibilities and technical obligations

Device compatibility. You alone are responsible for confirming that your device supports eSIM and is factory/carrier unlocked. We are not liable if your device cannot read the digital profile due to device settings or manufacturer restrictions.

Accurate information. You must provide a valid email address to receive your QR code. Fastalo is not responsible if service cannot be delivered because of incorrect information you supplied.

3. Fair and lawful use

Personal use. All plans are for personal use only. Reselling codes, using the service in unauthorized commercial operations, or attempting to break encryption or security systems is strictly prohibited.

Prohibited activities. You agree not to use data services for activities that violate the laws of the country you are in or the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, including unlawful cyber activity or distributing prohibited content.

4. Limitation of liability

Network quality. We work to partner with leading network providers worldwide. However, connection quality and internet speed depend entirely on the local infrastructure at your destination. Fastalo is not liable for outages caused by natural disasters, local network maintenance, or geography.

Cap on liability. In any case, our financial liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific package you purchased.

5. Intellectual property

All trademarks, logos, and content on the Fastalo website are the exclusive property of the platform. Copying or reproducing any software or design element without prior written permission is prohibited.
